A new version of the „Easy Access Rules for Aircrew” document has been issued, that contains, in an integrated form, among others, the content of ED Decision No 2025/002/R containing important AMC modifications.

There is an important legislative change primarily affecting EASA-regulated training organizations and aircraft operators. Ed Decision 2025/002/R, that has not yet been incorporated into Easy Access Rules for Aircrew, amends, among others, the AMC and GM materials of Part-FCL, Part-ORA, Part-DTO and Part-ORO.

A new version of the „Easy Access Rules for Aircrew” document has been issued, that contains, in an integrated form, among others, the content of EU Regulation No 2024/2076 introducing important Part-FCL modifications.

There is an important legislative change primarily affecting EASA-regulated training organizations (ATO’s & DTO’s). Regulation (EU) 2024/2076, that has not yet been incorporated into Easy Access Rules for Aircrew, amends, among others, Part-FCL with immediate effect.
