A new version of the „Easy Access Rules for Aircrew” document has been issued, that contains, in an integrated form, among others, the content of EU Regulation No 2024/2076 introducing important Part-FCL modifications.

There is an important legislative change primarily affecting EASA-regulated training organizations (ATO’s & DTO’s). Regulation (EU) 2024/2076, that has not yet been incorporated into Easy Access Rules for Aircrew, amends, among others, Part-FCL with immediate effect.

Hungary's National Aviation Safety Program (NRP) and National Aviation Safety Plan (NRT) have been published, setting up guidelines and obligations for organizations running a Safety Management System in the aviation industry as well.

There is an Important legislative change affecting all EASA-regulated Hungarian organizations except air navigation services. Using the ERCS risk analysis methodology and the ECCAIRS2 reporting platform are now mandatory.
