The European Plan for Aviation Safety (EPAS) is the Regional Aviation Safety Plan for EASA Member States. It outlines the strategic priorities for aviation safety, the primary safety risks affecting European aviation, and the necessary measures to mitigate them.

A new version of the „Easy Access Rules for Air Operations” document has been issued, that contains, in an integrated form, among others, the content of EU Regulation No 2024/2076 and associated ED Decision No 2025/002/R (AMC and GM materials).

There is an important legislative change primarily affecting EASA-regulated training organizations and aircraft operators. Ed Decision 2025/002/R, that has not yet been incorporated into Easy Access Rules for Aircrew, amends, among others, the AMC and GM materials of Part-FCL, Part-ORA, Part-DTO and Part-ORO.

There is an important legislative change primarily affecting EASA-regulated training organizations (ATO’s & DTO’s). Regulation (EU) 2024/2076, that has not yet been incorporated into Easy Access Rules for Aircrew, amends, among others, Part-FCL with immediate effect.

Hungary's National Aviation Safety Program (NRP) and National Aviation Safety Plan (NRT) have been published, setting up guidelines and obligations for organizations running a Safety Management System in the aviation industry as well.
